All military, state police, and local police have just evacuated the Lake St area in Minneapolis near the 3rd precinct, where numerous people are out protesting. So is the plan to let people protest in this area tonight in spite of the curfew? (Curfew began 30 minutes ago.)
Laws mean nothing if not enforced.
For crying out loud.

Or set up a perimeter and nobody gets in or out.
And when they are done destroying everything and killing each other off, then go in and clean up.
So they can arrest a mom for playing in the park w her kids but stand down “run” when left sponsored terrorists riot and burn ? Unless of course they riot in front of cnn, in which case heavily armed police clear them out immediately.

Maybe they are getting out of there before the A10’s do a flyby.
The misinformed leadership are going by theoretical policies of letting the disturbance burn itself out thinking it is like letting a contagion burn itself out. The only flaw in this theoretical method is it does not consider the cost of property or lives.
I think capturing anyone who breaks the law is essential. The law forces may be attacked during this process, but enough of them at hand should discourage that reaction with mighty consequences.
These misfits will have the life-long consequences for their lawlessness. This is a necessary culling of the misfits out of society. They were presented with a moral challenge and failed.
Because of COVID-19, put them in a separate facility. Precautions for COVID-19 spread should be made: two people per cell. However, if they become infected with COVID-19 in these facilities, put them and their cell-mate in separate cells in quarantine. If there are complaints about the virus, what did they expect? They were playing Russian Roulette with their behavior when they committed their lawless act in the first place!
