CNN’s Sara Sidner reported that she walked from the 3rd to 5th before dark. At the 5th there was a heavy police line, sheriffs behind them, natl guard behind them. Then at dark, the word was given to evacuate. So they have visibly withdrawn from the 5th except for police on the roof. People walking in and out of the precinct in the background?
