It is outrageous and it is criminal.
There was NO crime here. Consider that Flynn pled guilty to lying about “sanctions”. Does anyone see any reference to “sanctions”? Sidney Powell must be apoplectic right now. Flynn is going to be a wealthy man, but no amount of money will ever truly compensate him for this experience.
They told VP Pence that Flynn talked about sanctions with the Russian Ambassador. Flynn told Pence he DID NOT talk about sanctions.
The FBI and DOJ lied to Pence and the White House to create the appearance that Flynn had lied to Pence so he would be removed.
They lied in the charging document.
They lied to the White House.
Furthermore, they leaked a lie to Michael Isacoff (sp?) the reporter who broke the “Flynn talked about sanctions story.” They created the “controversy” in order to get rid of Flynn and the White House believed them.
The only person who did not lie was Flynn!
This is absolutely disgusting. They fabricated this entire thing.
We have a lie to the court and a false charge by Mueller and Co.
We have a lie to the White House.
We have a deliberate lie leaked to the media (a felony leak by the way).
The last shoe to drop will be the original 302.
Did the author of the lie, Strozk, alter an official law enforcement report (the original 302) from another agent along with his lawyer girlfriend and likely the Deputy Director of the FBI? I fully expect that Pientka (sp?) is going to say they did under oath or perhaps he already has.
Strozk created the case out of thin air with the EC that was just released acting as author, approving official, and he mailed it from himself to himself on a weekend no less.
The Mueller prosecutors hid all of this from Flynn’s defense team (both of them) and likely DOJ. They KNOWINGLY charged him with lying about something HE NEVER SAID.
Yet even now, Flynn is still having to fight the system to clear his name. Even now the media still proclaims his guilt?
This is not just wrong. It is a criminal conspiracy involving a lot of people. The special counsel’s office had to see the basis for the charging document and knew it was false and filed it anyways. Did they not demand the original documents and transcript to base their charge on?
Unbelievable.
Up to this point, this is the most significant revelation to date in the Flynn case. It was the basis of the alleged crime.
