Because I listen to Dan Bongino’s podcast.
He was a NY Policeman and Secret Service Agent.
He says you can tell the full weight of the officers left knee
was on the mans neck because in the video the officers right
foot was loose and moving, meaning no weight on the right foot.
If u disagree take it up with Bongino.

Bongino is entitled to his opinion. He may be right. Or not. I saw Floyd’s head moving pretty easily until he passed out. So I am going to wait on the AUTOPSY. It is a Free Country, so you can eschew the AUTOPSY, and base your OPINION on podcasts. Whatevah! Here is more on the technique:
