Charge Twitter with a campaign finance violation

This piece will not provide a deep historical background of the Trump-Twitter dispute. We know what is going on.

After years of ignoring propaganda, misinformation, threats, and slander from “bad actors” such as China, Iran, evil corporations, leftist Jew-haters, Michael Avenatti, Hillary Clinton, the Covington accusers, and all the many Democrat-aligned perpetrators of the Russia Collusion Hoax, Twitter has finally made a move, five months before our Presidential Election, to attempt to humiliate Mr. Trump and challenge him on his facts, specifically on a potentially life-or-death matter of electoral survival for the Democrat Party.

A desperate gamble chiefly attributable to a senior partisan activist at Twitter headquarters, though presumably approved by CEO Jack Dorsey, the move was a PR disaster for the company. It didn’t help that one of the two news pieces cited by Twitter as challenging Mr. Trump’s criticism of default universal mailing of unrequested absentee ballots, was itself not entirely accurate in its facts. Dorsey has since avoided any more ridiculous “fact check” flags on Mr. Trump’s follow-up comments on the same issue.

But a PR disaster is not enough, and symbolic Executive Orders are just symbolic. It is time for the Federal Election Commission or the Department of Justice to pursue Twitter for the unlawfully undeclared contribution of “in-kind” (non-cash), non-volunteer services to the Democratic National Committee and/or the Biden 2020 campaign.

The EO will be challenged in some court or the other in front of some deranged , corrupt far left judge of the same vein as Emett Sullivan or Amy Jackson. By the time it gets to the Supreme Court, the elections will be over. This should be an "all of the above" approach. The EO plus hit them with campaign finance violations plus everything else.
Twitter is by far the weakest and the most vulnerable of the social media giants. Market cap of only $25 billion. In Q1 2020 they actually made a loss of $8 million on revenues of $808 million down 20%.
By contrast Google/Youtube is making close to $10 billion net profits per quarter.

I like the three legs of President Trumps Executive Order.

1. Reset the legal shield back to its original meaning.

2. Big Tech gathers almost all Ad Revenue and dispenses said revenue on a model not tied to the contributors value. That established business model distorts commerce and opens Big Tech to anti-trust lawsuits.

3. The Federal DOJ to work with the States to use State law to prosecute Big Tech.

Big Tech lost their legal liability shield and will have to defend against the Feds and up to 50 states, all launching lawsuits and demanding Discovery

Twitter censored Trump again last night/this morning.

They said he glorified violence, which he of course did not - while actual Twitter blue-checks were busy glorifying violence.

Let Minneapolis-St Paul taste the wages of Sodom and Gomorrah.

Is it time to regulate social media that claims to be open for everyone (FB, Twitter, etc.)?

Sites like FR and DU, which have specific mission statements, would be exempt as "private" sites.

Trump needs to request that all Republicans in Congress that have been censored or their posts removed by Twitter, FaceBook, Youtube, etc. contact someone he appoints in in the White House in order to collate them and the reasons they were given for the censure or removal.

Then he needs to have a press conference and read every damn one of them! That will put an end to their bogus claims of innocence!
