I would guess that most Nursing home patients that died from covid are white....
Communistic claptrap.
Were any caucasians actually tested?
Trust but verify.
They need money for government programs to combat this (non) issue.
Also, poor immunity and poor Vitamin D. Smoking, alcohol, junk food, processed food, drugs, all reduce immunity.
Did she note any other factors for this? Perhaps sanitation and hygiene for example.
The whites in that area are mostly well-off gay men living in remodeled Victorians, and the Hispanics are a mixture of elderly living in low-income senior citizens housing, and lower income working class families usually also living in city or subsidized housing.
Most of the white population, being affluent, probably left town long ago, many of those who remained would refuse to be tested for privacy reasons, and the population was 2/3 Hispanic to begin with..so these stats dont sound bizarre at all and they are certainly not evidence of some secret discrimination on the part of either the city or the virus.

Agree.
Gay men are known for casual sex. Why haven't we seen clusters of infections in gay communities?
There are things that make no sense about this virus and how it's being reported.
Even from the very beginning I noted they weren't telling us the 'high risk' groups as they do with the flu. I came to the conclusion they simply wanted everyone to be terrified.
...a single, 16-square-block census tract in the Mission district, "one of the city's most densely populated and heavily Latinx neighborhoods," Stat News writes. A third of the tract's residents are white, while 58 percent are Hispanic, the U.S. Census estimates. But 95 percent of those who tested positive were Latinx, while no white person in the tract tested positive.
The tests are racist!!! Orrrr, the Agenda-Driven-Life demagogue who set out to find the result is racist.
So what is the deal with Africa? Do African Africans have higher vit. D than African Americans?
So what is the predominant blood type among Latino men in San Francisco?
“So what is the predominant blood type among Latino men in San Francisco?”

Didn’t post this story, I dunno.
China may have designed a race , or blood type specific virus but if so it backfired. China’s casualties are far far higher than announced and the Chinese truly frantic reaction could be because the escaped or issued virus was attacking the wrong population. Remember that 21 million cell phone accounts cancelled in a very short time.
I bet it isn’t O.
There is no such thing as "Latinx." In Spanish mixed groups are designated with the masculine gender. This is a linguistic conventions and does not imply that such a group is only male. Grammatical gender should not be confused with an object's sex, especially in the Romance languages. Any properly educated person would know this. If you wish to avoid this in English then do not use Spanish linguistic terms in the first place; just use proper English terms such as "Hispanic" or "Latin-American."
Obama: “The virus acted stupidly.”
Lots of reasons, all probably related to poverty:
1. Lower income workers = less likely to be able to work from home; less likely to own a vehicle to get to work = more public transit (higher risk of infection)
2. SF - high rents, more people per household in poorer communities = more opportunities for infections
3. Low income/bad jobs = lack to access to medical care or employer-sponsored health plan
4. Low income = lack to access/financial means to nutritious foods (fewer fresh fruits/vegetables, more fast food) leads to more diabetes, etc.
All of which makes Democrats keeping the economy shut down (lack of income/job opportunities/upward mobility) more responsible for more deaths among minorities.
White people are racist for not catching it.
Has anyone seen any numbers on grocery chain employees? I’d love to see numbers of CV+ from the insurer of chains like Kroger and Publix, as compared to the number of active employees. If we were serious about public health and had a competent CDC, we’d be looking at things like that and have those numbers.
