I guess we shall see. I do know that you cannot convict somebody of murder or manslaughter unless their specific actions caused the death. We have not seen the autopsy yet. Suppose, hypothetically, if the autopsy shows that the victim died of a drug overdose and not from being physically handled by the officers. That would be important evidence, right? Or, hypothetically, suppose that the victim was flailing wildly and endangering himself and the officers, which prompted the officers to pin him on the ground for his own safety, believing he was tripping on drugs. Again, none of us knows all of the facts. All I say is we should withhold judgment until an autopsy is released as well as video which shows why the officers got on top of Mr. Floyd in the first place. I have an open mind.
