Was the violent guy jaywalking? Or as a pedestrian did he have right of way?
I’ve seen people climb up and run across highways even. They don’t always make it to the other side (I’ve never seen that happen but I’ve read about it in the paper).
Back in the late 90’s, a girlfriend & I were driving I-95 at night and a group of people tried to cross. They were between the lanes of moving traffic and we clipped one with our right side mirror. At plus 70mph, he/she was lifted up and spun like a top.
