Trump does have this power and it’s not totalitarian at all but built into the system that those companies rely on to operate in the first place. They lobbied for this arrangement and paid good money for it!
Where in the Constitution, the ONLY source of legitimate power of the feds, is this power specifically enumerated?
If government successfully sheds the Supreme Rule of the Law of the Land, the Constitution, the ONLY legal protection against federal tyranny, then we most certainly are under the totalitarian Rule of the Whims of Man, and America is gone.
