There is a cost and benefit to EVERYTHING in life.
Wearing a mask might prevent you from catching/spreading a pathogen. But it is also going to cause people to pass out and have other negative health effects. That needs to be weighed too.
It seems you only want to consider one side of any equation. Just like Dr. Fauci.
How much of a fat bastard do you have to be to pass out from a mask? If that is an issue...the person really needs to get out and walk somewhere. Preferably without a cigarette.
