Twitter placed a fact-checking label on claims made by the the commander in chief.
In a first, a "get the facts" alert now appears underneath tweets sent out by President Trump on Tuesday in which he asserted mail-in ballots will lead to voter fraud.
Clicking on the link, which is marked with an exclamation point, leads the user to news articles fact-checking the claim along with Twitter's own summary at the top which states that the president's assertions are "unsubstantiated" according to multiple news outlets.
The tweets in question specifically target mail-in ballots being used in California during the coronavirus pandemic.
"There is NO WAY (ZERO!) that Mail-In Ballots will be anything less than substantially fraudulent," Trump said in the now-. "Mail boxes will be robbed, ballots will be forged & even illegally printed out & fraudulently signed. The Governor of California is sending Ballots to millions of people, anyone living in the state, no matter who they are or how they got there, will get one. That will be followed up with professionals telling all of these people, many of whom have never even thought of voting before, how, and for whom, to vote. This will be a Rigged Election. No way!"

This is actually a very good service that twitter is providing. It tells you instantly what the left is fearful of, and, therefore, there must be something to it. Over target.

trump and rnc are extremely stupid. with couple of million dollars they could have developed twitter/facebook alternatives. followers would have easily moved to these apps.

Imagine spreading unsustantiated rumors about someone who has spent years attacking him with now proven baseless rumors. How dare Trump. How dare he!
There is a reason why they chose to censor tweets on vote fraud first. The deep state knows that winning the election relies totally on the massive vote fraud they are putting into play. They simply can’t have it exposed.
I wish they would but the government doesn’t get tough on you as long as you’re on “their” side. It should really be done immediately
