Of course we don’t know what happened before the video starts ... but why would a man who is supposedly threatening a woman videotape the encounter? The man appears calm and well-spoken and the woman appears irrational.
The woman is also choking her own dog using the dog’s collar and complaining that a man is threatening her dog. :-) That alone was worth the price of admission.
Yeah — I might fire her ... but not based on racism or any such nonsense. The woman simply appears irrational. I would look into it some more, e.g. does she act irrational like that on the job?
However the charge of racism is absurd. It is almost as if the man set this up, triggered the woman and then captured it on camera to claim racism. One liberal triggering another liberal. Or maybe the black guy videoed the encounter as a defensive measure in case the woman pressed charges? Who knows?
I don’t think I agree with the actions of either of these people.
I’d fire someone in a heartbeat wo mistreated their dog OR called the police in such a bogus manner. If I were black, damned right I’d tape everything.
This has more the ‘Birder vs dog owner’ vibe, and that can get quite nasty, too!

Same here. He's all, "I'm gonna get you in trouble for not having your dog on a leash," and she's all "I'm gonna get you in trouble for recording me!" When Karens Collide (the one recording it wins). LOL!
