I feel horrible for the poor pup if this is how she treats him out in public Im worried about how she treats him behind closed doors
She’s surrendered the poor dog. Hopefully he will find a more sane owner.

One article said she turned the dog back in to the rescue organization where she got him.
The dog rescue in NYC took the dog back from her. She adopted the dog on a trial basis.
