It is against law before 9 p.m. but from the statement they didn’t fire her for breaking the law but for making the phone call. Need more info on this one before playing judge. Did he or did he not threaten her? A threat is considered assault.
Didn’t realize there was a video with audio. Now I think she embarrassed her employer by specifying that the guy was an African-American. The cops sometimes ask you for a description but it looks as if she just volunteered this info. Complex case in a way. All depends on what happened before the video started probably.
