That cop decided that the man under his knee was going to die, and die he did. Well then - the cop broke the law. It's NOT his job to be judge jury and executioner... The cop's job is to bring the person to the place justice is suppose the happen. Deliver the person to the Court System... If the death was intentional then the cop is a criminal.
