The Dept of Injustice is the one who pursues criminal charges, and they won't go after "one of their own."
If Gowdy knew in 2017 that the FIB was lying to Congress about Spygate then Nunes did, too. Both Wray and Rosenstein testified to Congress n July 2018 and the FIB lying to Congress topic was not addressed. Now why would that be?
Nunes has defiantly gone down a couple pegs in my opinion since Gowdy started breezily admitting they knew the FIB was lying in 2017. Nunes has never accounted for that, AFAIK.
