We are too stupid to run a country. How many crooks, both foreign & domestic, cash Social Security checks for people who died years ago? How many of them are still voting Democrat in every election? How hard is it to find who died every year and remove their names from all government payments?
A program like this should be managed by a contractor like Visa or one of the big insurance companies. They have the data base and fraud detection to handle it.
