So they assume that 6.5 M x 5 = 32.5?
No way is turnout for odd year elections anywhere close to turnout for even year or Presidential elections.
It’s the voter’s responsibility to change his registration when he moves.
How many of those 6.5 M were not counted because they were fraudulent? (The signatures didn’t match or something similar)?
