That is likely because there is no “correctly” that can make them effective against viruses.
When I mean correctly, I am referring to not covering the nose and even mouth. I’ve seen quite a number with it only covering their chin. I haven’t figure out if they don’t know, don’t care or are participating in a passive aggressive protest. It doesn’t matter much to me.
