It is NOT just Cuomo that has done this EVERY Dem governor has done this, I am in CA. in my county 85% of fatalities were from nursing homes our health department put out a regulation stating the exact same thing patients with CV19 were to be returned to their nursing homes!! I firmly believe they did this to INCREASE the numbers, they HAD TO HAVE the numbers to cover for the HOAX hoisted upon us to destroy the economy!!
