The CDC issued guidance to Nursing homes to prepare a separate ward and separate personnel for COVID. But said they should only accept patients with COVID if they could follow the guidelines.
Exactly.
CDC: nursing home MUST NOT admit contagious patients unless they have the ability to follow very strict protocols.
New York: Nursing homes MUST admit people who currently have the virus AND they are NOT ALLOWED to even test them.
