Weird it doesn’t seem like the country is “anxiously gripped” by this. In fact I don’t think I know anyone who is even paying attention to it.
They tried to say the same thing about the Juicy Smollett case only that one fell apart in a matter of days.
I was at a bar with a group (friends of friends) who were days behind in the details and thinking I was making things up.
The country apparently wasn’t gripped about a double homicide at a veterans’ cemetery in Maryland where a black man killed two white people in retaliation for this months old case. That must’ve just been a local newsmatter.

They are trying to turn this into something it wasn’t
I don’t believe the McMichaels are racists, if they were, it would have been out by now, facebook posts, KKK meetings, white supremacy affiliations, nothing.
The race baiters are trying to turn this into something it wasn’t.
I do believe the local DA acted in bad faith, not because they are racists, because they are corrupt and were trying to protect a former officer (now retired)
Then you may not be paying attention to much of anything.
