She's not incompetent, she is accomplishing exactly what the DNC wants, a devastated economy, and lots of dead bodies to stand on while berating the Orange Bad Man for killing them.
Try that same sentence this way:
Why is this evil, tyrannical, Leftist Governor still in office?"Evil" is a word that has been PC'd out of public discourse.
It's high time to bring it back. No other word suffices.
