My husband and I drove through the downtown section of our city yesterday. It was simply a ghost town. No stores or restaurants were open, even though they can open with limited clientele due to the social distancing stuff.
It was really unnerving to see this once vibrant section of our town without people, cars or any signs of life.

It is going to take some time for the recovery
of many sections across the USA. Sad but many
want be able to survive.
I’ve been in Walmart in our area two or three times
during the shutdown. To a degree it looked like any
other time when there wasn’t this pandemic.
Mrs. Chandler and I ran some errands around Chandler and Gilbert Arizona yesterday. There was plenty of traffic and people were lined up — all spaced apart — to enter the stores.
Fry’s Food was pretty darned busy, too. Not as busy as a “normal” Saturday, but encouraging nonetheless.
I’m getting a haircut this week. I thought I’d grow it long like in my youth, but these days I just get a Doc Brown vibe. Great Scott!
