Seems odd that that information was buried so far into the article.
28% death rate seems awfully high. But those patients only received Hydoxy, not the entire regimen. The 22% who died were administered Hydroxy and Z-pack but not zinc.
Apparently they didn't give any patients the entire package.
And the article doesn't mention what "standard care" consisted of.
