Is the state responsible for all the damage this caused?
Doubt it. When are liberals ever held to account? They will blame it on ‘act of God’ due to historic rains. Unless it can be proven her actions cause the burst, nothing to sue one. However, there was another dam burst. If it can be shown she did the same thing to that dam as well....then they will find an Obama appointed judge to sweep it under the rug.
