One of my favorite films is Breaker Morant,a film about the Boer War in South Africa,In one scene one of the major characters,Captain Taylor, orders that several Boers who were just captured be executed.A junior officer who was listening in starts to question the propriety of that order and Taylor sternly retorts "this is a guerrilla war,not a Debutant's Ball".
We've seen irrefutable evidence that during Osama Obama's Presidency there were more than a few "Captain Taylors" willing to do their Party's bidding regardless of any Geneva Convention that might exist.Rod Rosenstein being just one of them.

One of my favorite films is Breaker Morant... A great film indeed. Watched it last night. Talk about a stacked deck trial. The scene where the Chief of Staff of the highest-ranking British officer in South Africa at the time (1901) blatantly lies under oath is a terrific portrayal of how far the "Deep State" is prepared to go to protect its power base.
For us Americans, the next six months will likely see a lot of perjury.
