MAY BE. Yes, QTc prolongation is a WELL KNOWN s/e of these drugs, especially when two are used together. IF not managed properly, it is POSSIBLE that a rhythm disturbance can occur which IN RARE CASES can lead to death.
What’s dishonest is the IMPLICATION that under grave danger of death from a disease which these drugs might possibly treat, they should be withheld because of what MIGHT happen.
A does not follow from B in this case.
1. If it was true, the finding would be kept quiet until after Trump is no longer on the drug. *They* wouldn’t be giving him a heads-up...
2. If it was true, the Dems have shown that they are in the business of killing American citizens, so again, anything that hurts American citizens would be covered up.
