What video?I watched the one that ended with his murder. The Law says that the shooter was responsible for what transpired there. Or the shooter will answer for what transpired in a Court of Law. No mention is made of the conduct of the victim.

If he was in the right to pull a gun out and apprehend a thief and the perp ran up to him and decided to fight then it is the perp’s fault.

Would you argue that an arresting officer that had a gun pulled out and while trying to arrest someone then had the perp charge him that the officer should not have been able to shoot? Of course not, it is the same thing.
