We should give them a 1 year minimum of hard labor sorting trash for recyclables. We then sell the recyclables for funds to buy their food. If they don’t do enough recycling they can starve or eat trash. At the end of the sentence we give them a good beat-down and send tom back to Mexico.
It’s a better deal than they get in Mexico.
