They should arrest the owner of that house. And the neighbor that called the police initially. And people walking down the street.
The GBI has jumped the shark. This is all political appeasement, and nothing else.
The GBI officers don't give a crap how much it's going to cost someone to get out of their fake charges. They care about their jobs, and are simply doing this because the governor wants it done.
