The legislature hasn't enacted any such law, Ford Motors can and will change its rules as it sees fit, particularly if the President is visiting, and most states are smart enough to realize that the details of how the President travels, appears in public, etc. are outside of the scope of their authority.
Telling the President he needs to wear a particular piece of clothing is like telling the Secret Service that you really can just drive past them and into the parking lot since after all the parking lot is open to the public. Good luck with that.
