There were a few weddings during “lock down”.

Oh. Right.

For those already in groups that stayed together during the recommendations period, the result could be the opposite, and lots of jokes about that. And that’s a familiar situation.

But for those forced into solitary for months, it could very well happen that they will want to form solid relationships in the future.

My local assemblyperson is vehemently against solitary in prison, especially for young men. He says it turns their brains into hamburger.

Well, I have mental resources etc. so I’m not afraid of that. But it has been a big eye opener to how much we really NEED social contact. We’ve been social animals for too many millions of years to go solitary for very long.
