Yes, they’ve LOCKED down the provinces of Jilin and Harbin.
What does that portend for us?
Many Freepers will yell and scream, call people names and point fingers—unfortunately that will not affect the virus.
As for the politicians, they have shown they have a plan—to muddle through with no plan.
Harbin is a big city in Heilongjiang Province. I travelled through Harbin twice in Spring 1977 while working in China.
