Per Worldometer, Burundi ranks 180th in the world in total CV cases with only 42. They have had ONE CV death, and their case-per-million rate is four. It doesn't sound like they are in the throes of a "pandemic."

If the NYT is worried about an election in a country with one CV death, just imagine the long-term meddling they want to impose on the US.

I spoke w/ someone in Liberia today. Around 300 cases, 20 deaths and the country is in lockdown. 90% of the country lives hand-to-mouth, and everything is shut down.

Insane.
