Put “poll watchers” into every precinct in every state. At least one, with a system for sending complaints up the chain of command.
Somebody needs to be there, with phone in hand, when a bus pulls up with out-of-state plates and lots of enthusiastic voters without ID.
They will steal someone’s legit plates for the bus.
