The official text isn't out yet. But reading the article, I don't see too much changing. People are and have been going out anyway. This "allows" gatherings of less than 10...I think. But bans gatherings of 10 or more are still "banned". Also big restrictions on bars.
We had a couple bars in Cleveland get "warnings" in the past day about inadequate social distancing. News reported that DeWine has threatened to pull their liquor licenses.

Maybe it’s like those speed “suggestion” signs you see on highway curves. They put up 50 knowing you are going to take it at at least 60-65 with no problem.

Im waiting to find the text of the order. Ill be interested to know when bowling alleys and the like are allowed to resume operations.
