Trump should have the ceremony without them. Hang the dang portraits, and buy some fast food to celebrate!
I agree. President Trump should go ahead with the ceremony, say a few polite words (without praising Obama) and be done with it. That way, Obama doesn't get to come back to the White House afterwards for yet another photo-op.
