Score one for former Democratic presidential candidates Sen. Bernie Sanders and Andrew Yang.
A federal appeals court on Tuesday agreed with a lower federal court judges ruling that the Democratic presidential primary contest must be included on the ballot when New York holds its primary on June 23.

It is surprising or ironic to see how undemocratic the Democratic party can be. It shocked me a bit that they wanted to cancel this presidential primary, and not allow their own voters to vote in a free and fair election.
Well Joe has been declared the presumptive nominee, voters should still get to have their say.

I’m glad for a rather odd reason: as Dementia Joe wins more and more primaries by actual votes, the harder it will become to deny him the nomination, unless he actually ends up pooping and pissing his pants while giving an incomprehensible speech.
I give Stacey Abrams a lot of credit for reading it right. If Dementia Joe gets the nomination and wins, he’s going to have to be removed quickly under the 25th Amendment for total mental incapacity, giving Stacey the Presidency without the inconvenience of even running for the nomination.
Second Circuit Court judges José A. Cabranes [Rapin Bill judge], Amalya L. Kearse [Peanut Boy judge] and Dennis Jacobs [Grabby Poppy judge] made this ruling.
A really strong panel , for those who know the judges, regardless of appointees.
Looking at Cabranes' record, that guy has been around.
