What in the name of the seven hells of Azeroth (a-Jeroth for the more literate) does that line mean?

Who, as a United States citizen has ANY obligation to the government of Communist China? You might have a contractual relationship for a public company, but there can be NO contractual relationship with the CCP government unless it is vetted and approved by the US Government.

He was awarded research $ from NIH and the Chinese. The Chinese contract said he had to share. WTH is right.
