It appears in this video that your man Arbery almost wanted to attack the armed cop but he managed to control that impulse that time. I guess the passage of 3 years didn’t dampen his impulsiveness and his anger management issues.

If they thought he was going to make a drug deal, why didn’t they sit back and wait for it to happen? Then roll in and make the bust. This seemed more like harassment then a police investigation.
You're not very observant. McMichael is standing near the LEFT headlight as Arbery is jogging around the RIGHT side of the truck. Arbery accelerated toward McMichael as he got to the front of the truck and pushed McMichael from the left headlight area all the way to the left side of the road and even beyond (off camera). That makes Arbery the attacker.
The shotgun apparently wasn't even pointed at Arbery. If it had been, he would have fatally shot him the moment Arbery turned toward him. The first shot, fired near the left headlight area, only hit him in the hand, according to the autopsy report. Two more shots were fired as they struggle for the shotgun, one off camera.

Arbery was running around the truck, what happened out of view in front of the truck, we don’t know, but a shot was fired and Arbery runs away from his attacker, his attacker then chases Arbery and shoots again off camera and they come back on camera again and when Arbery was trying to take control of the murder weapon, he his shot a 3rd time, fatal.

If you look at frame 0:09 you see Fake Cop Junior standing in the middle of the road to block Arbery’s path holding his shot gun
Arbery runs around the truck and Fake Cop Junior moves (0:15) towards the front of the truck to confront Arbery, Fake cop junior fires first shot at Arbery, Arbery and Fake Cop Junior wrestle and move off of camera, Shot 2 fired (0:30), both back on camera (0:31) third and fatal shot fired.

Sounds like Mr. Arbery was better versed in the 4th Amendment than the cops.

Oh, please. You act like this street thug was some Federalist Society member making a stand on principle. The video was edited, so we don’t get to see everything. But we know is that this park was an open air drug market. He was illegally parked in the grass. Understandably the cops are a little nervous. When they ran his license, which was suspended, the dispatcher likely advised them that Arbery had a prior gun charge. He also acted like he was on drugs. I would also point out that Arbery’s choice of clothing is interesting. Green hat and red shorts. You should show this video to a cop and ask them what those colors signify. I can assure you he was not dressing up for Christmas.....

We now have the new “Ghetto” standard of justice and the rule of law. Whenever some black guy decides to become violent, we have to presume the black guy’s motives were pure, and that the white guy had “no right” to do anything. George Zimmerman had “no right” to keep an eye on Trayvon.” Let me be frank. If any halfway alpha male on this board saw our neighbor’s house being burgled, or saw a known thief running past us, we would make an attempt to try to apprehend the person. To call me or any Good Samaritan a “wannabe cop” because we care about our neighbors and neighborhood is ridiculous. That’s why white neighborhoods have very little crime—because the vast majority of whites respect the rule of law, whereas most black neighborhoods are unsafe—too many blacks don’t care about the rule of law.
As this body cam video shows, Mr. Arbery was a ghetto thug. Mr. Arbery’s community in Brunswick is a cesspool of drugs/gangs, etc. In my teens and early 20s, I was approached by cops 5 or 6 times who were suspicious about what I was doing. I was respectful even though most of the time the cops didn’t really have 4th Amendment authority to do what they did. I was never arrested—not even close. Not because I am white, but b/c I was respectful and had done nothing wrong. I’ve been pulled over for speeding a dozen times in my life and received 2 tickets, again because I was POLITE and RESPECTFUL. Unfortunately, when you defend thugs like Arbery, and blacks defend him, it sends a message to other blacks to keep acting in a defiant manner. I feel sorry for law-abiding blacks that privately are appalled at this ghetto thug.

You are most certainly correct. When the cop pulled up, Arbery jumped out of the car. And he denied the police consent to search. Was he smart? Yes. Was he hiding something illegal in the car? Yes.
So the car just magically got there?
