Is it my imagination, or does she have little gold letters spelling ORC in her hair just above her forehead?
That is what I saw to. Maybe she belongs to some weird cult? I have no idea what ORC means.
I believe it’s the copyright mark © along with the initials for the county where she was arrested (Richland County).
It doesn’t look like it is in her hair. More likely a watermark on the picture. And at this point, I’ll go with SoL’s conclusion unless someone else comes up with a better idea.
