I don’t think the prophylactic dose of hydroxy would put increase your risk very much for heart problems. From what I’ve been reading the Zpac you would use if actually sick would be a greater heart risk. Anyway, I’m not a doctor and really didn’t do great in school.

I read that there's practically zero problem with HCQ itself, esp at low doses (200mg) for a short period of time (under one week) early on in the infection (same day as COVID positive test,or upon the onset of symptoms.)
There may well be elevated risk for HCQ PLUS A-pack, but there's no need for A-pack if there's no underlying bacterial complication. So skip the Azithromycin.

If you want the benefit of Zn and the accompanying Zn-ionophore from natural sources, do a Zn supplement or Zn-rich foods (like canned oysters, a really rich source) with Quercetin, which like HCQ is the necessary ionophore.
