SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTGS) A judge from outside the coastal Georgia community where Ahmaud Arbery was fatally shot has been appointed to preside over trial proceedings of the two men charged with Arbery's murder, including one defendant with close ties to law enforcement.
Court documents filed in Glynn County show that Superior Court Judge Timothy R. Walmsley was appointed to the case after all five judges in the legal circuit where Arbery was killed recused themselves. Walmsley is based in Savannah, about 70 miles (110 kilometers) north of where the slaying occurred just outside the port city of Brunswick.

All you can see is their heads is correct.
You didnt see anything that transpired between the two because you couldn’t.
All you could do was hear the 1st shotgun blast.
You assumed Arbery rushed Jr but from that angle and distance on a crap photo shoot his exact trajectory is unknown.
The old man knows cause he saw it and is the only one to see it happen and he will roll and Jr to save his butt
“...and his murderer walks away”
That was really odd how the shooter just turned around and walked away before the threat was even on the ground.
I know, it’s hysterical behavior. If the police had arrived before Arbery was shot, I wonder if the McMichaels would have been arrested for their actions in chasing and threatening him.
Video does not show what transpired at the front of that truck.
You know that.
You said all you could see was their heads.
No hands no arms no shotgun just 2 heads.
Arbery defending himself against an armed lunatic is quite logical
Instead of the SAT, colleges should ask all applicants the following question: Do you believe that Ahmaud Arbery was a jogger? If they answer yes, you know that they are either uninformed or ill-equipped for college. Funny, there isnt one photo or video that shows Arbery jogging on any day before the shooting. You would think the family would have dozens of pictures and videos of him running 5K etc. Hes the only jogger I know that wears cargo pants and a belt, with his pants hanging 10 inches down his ass. He was NOT a jogger!!!!!
Interesting. The police report with the statements by the older McMichael doesn’t fit the video. In the statement it says they pulled up next to Arbery and said they wanted to talk. Then his son got out of the truck and Arbery attacked the son.
.......and Popps jumps out with a hand gun.
PoPo report,”McMicheal rolls him over to see if hes armed “ and neither of these to offers any assistance or check for vitals.
Thought the old man was a cop, any decent cop would at least checked for vitals.
Any Decent Cop !
Kinda looks like it was, “Well boy we done good here and Got’er Done.”
He admits to tampering with body and searching for a gun, cause you know, so he can say his son shot in self defense. No gun was found.
These two are grade A dirtbags
Your why jury selection takes as long as it does.
Too many bigots out there
He offed, his shot 3rd shot was fatal, he knew that. You can tell how he reacted
Watch it again,

Guy in road with shot gun (Fake cop junior)
Jogger runs to the right of the truck to avoid fake cop junior, fake cop junior takes first shot, then chases jogger to the left off camera and shoots the jogger again, then they are out in the street where fake cop junior takes another shot at the jogger, the 3rd and fatal shot.
We call the Murder in the united states, sorry pal
My neighbor jogs, he jogs all the time, I don’t think he takes pictures of himself jogging, he isn’t the selfie type, he also doesn’t compete, he does it for the exercise, like most people.
However a local GA paper interviewed a neighbor of Arbery and she stated she has seen him job many times around the neighborhood, the neighborhood is about a mile or so away from the Satilla Shore’s neighborhood where he was fatally shot by mad lunatics wanabe cops
job=jog
Slow down. I never commented on who was legally in the "Right". Nor have I discussed legal rights, or what the laws are in that state. In fact the question you referred to as nonsense, had nothing to do with legal rights or criminal law in Georgia. Never said a word about it.
>>>If you suspected someone of casing or possibly burglarizing your neighborhood, and that person suddenly ran at you, physically attacked you and in fact attempted to disarm you, would it be reasonable to assume the armed neighbor felt extremely threatened by this person?<<<
You might think it's a nonsense question, but I'm confident it will be a significant part of the defense. Not to mention the fact it's a very reasonable assumption.
Btw, if they can prove the neighbor shot the alleged jogger before he got close enough to reasonably be considered a direct threat, and prove it was the neighbor who moved towards the decedent, not the other way around, then you can bet the rent he'll pay big. No argument from me at that point.☺
So, you’ll bend over backwards to defend three thugs that murdered a kid? Regardless of whether he was a regular runner, was a runner, or was only running away from the three neighborhood thugs, consider what is generally known: These three thugs were not police, not employed security, did not know the property owner they claim was burglarized, the property owner says there was no burglary, the thugs one with camera, the two others armed, maybe all three armed, chased the kid down in the truck and car. Once he could run no more, apparently they cornered him, three shots from a shotgun killed him. Three shots. Now, a couple months later the videographer got cold feet over the murder and released the video. Interesting that rednecks, all bent on killing black people, and there apologists are all over themselves to destroy the kid, defend the killers. I’ll wait for the trial which will likely conclude the kid wasn’t perfect and that he was murdered by local thugs. If convicted, I hope they are executed.
He wasn’t a kid. He was a felon.
Lokk assclown, I don’t know what your problem is. If you don’t like my posts, ignore them, as I will do with you.
The “victim” had no legal right to be on someone else’s property, which prompted the McMichael’s to try to arrest him in the first place. Don’t put the cart before the horse.
