SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTGS) — A judge from outside the coastal Georgia community where Ahmaud Arbery was fatally shot has been appointed to preside over trial proceedings of the two men charged with Arbery's murder, including one defendant with close ties to law enforcement.
Court documents filed in Glynn County show that Superior Court Judge Timothy R. Walmsley was appointed to the case after all five judges in the legal circuit where Arbery was killed recused themselves. Walmsley is based in Savannah, about 70 miles (110 kilometers) north of where the slaying occurred just outside the port city of Brunswick.

First shot heard, they were out of view because the truck was in the way.
Second shot, they were off to the left
Third shot was the fatal shot and Arbery falls to the ground and his murderer walks away

Yes, all three need to be charged. What were they going to do with the video of them good old boys chasing down a black jogger, share it to prove their bonafides? Now that the videographer got cold feet after the murder, bet he’ll spill the beans to avoid a murder charge.
You might have missed it, but there was only one person who physically attacked a person and that was the decedent attacking the armed neighbor.
If you suspected someone of casing or possibly burglarizing your neighborhood, and that person suddenly ran at you, physically attacked you and in fact attempted to disarm you, would it be reasonable to assume the armed neighbor felt extremely threatened by this person?
He was running around the truck
when he got around the truck and man with a shot gun was there, how was he doing a sneak attack? looks like he just wanted to continue his jog back home (his route would have taken him back down Satilla Shores drive, to Zellwood and back over to Fancy Bluffs where he lives.
It is called Aggravated Assault, and that is what fake comp junior and daddy retired dumb cop are charged with, that and felony murder because aggravated assault in Georgia is a felony

How was Arbery on his way to prison? What crime did he commit that the McMichaels witnessed?

The facts are out there, he was on probation, a two time loser, the third time he is in prison. That is what he was looking at. And here come the police, which the white boys had called.... What was the dead guy to do? Maybe he thought better to be dead than go to prison, what do I know. If his choice was to live, it was not good to attack an armed man and attempt to take his weapon.

I have been reading articles about this case, and I have read nothing to indicate he committed any crime on the day he was killed. The McMichaels did not see him do a thing. The police had nothing to arrest him for.
