SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTGS) — A judge from outside the coastal Georgia community where Ahmaud Arbery was fatally shot has been appointed to preside over trial proceedings of the two men charged with Arbery's murder, including one defendant with close ties to law enforcement.

Court documents filed in Glynn County show that Superior Court Judge Timothy R. Walmsley was appointed to the case after all five judges in the legal circuit where Arbery was killed recused themselves. Walmsley is based in Savannah, about 70 miles (110 kilometers) north of where the slaying occurred just outside the port city of Brunswick.

Those three thugs you allude to are law-abiding residents of a neighborhood that was victimized repeatedly by your so-called victim. One of these thugs spent 20 years in law enforcement serving his community. Your so-called victim was a burglar. He had no connection to this neighborhood. He had been observed repeatedly illegally entering this house. Guns were stolen out of vehicles, purses were stolen out of vehicles, tools are being stolen out of the back of trucks, and this homeowner previously said he had been burglarized and items had been taken out of his house. Of course now, after being threatened by your so-called victim’s rent-a-riot, that homeowner has soft-pedaled the extent that he was victimized. But it doesn’t matter what you or I think. What matters is the law . Did they break the law? And if you think following a legitimate criminal suspect in a truck while holding a camera is murder, you are on another planet. The McMichaels were trying to effectuate a citizen’s arrest upon an obvious criminal suspect. He was not a jogger. He was not hunted down. He was a crook who was trying to get away, and decided he didn’t want to go to prison to be with his brother. We don’t have a separate black standard of law, which allows black guys to commit crimes, and instigate violence, under a different set of rules. He decided to ambush a guy with a shotgun. He tried to take the shotgun away from the younger McMichael. In fact, the shotgun may have gone off all three times because he grabbed the barrel and pulled on it while McMichael had his finger on the trigger.

I have. What’s your point? Not being snarky. Just trying to understand your response.

“What’s your point? “

Where do find in the video that they were about to shoot him?
