If you’re not ready to open your business then don’t but don’t force everyone else to stay closed. It is a two way street, there are customers willing to patronize salons and barbers.
And why is it always a last minute decision? Money is tight for small businesses these days, don’t lead them on this way after they’ve invested time and money and then tell them they can’t re-open.

Exactly!! That's what Gov. Kemp of the Great State of Georgia said. If you don't feel you're ready to open (or ready to patronize an establishment), then don't open / go. Nobody is forcing anyone to reopen any business, nor is anyone being forced to patronize a business if you're not ready.

Lamont is the second-worst governor in New England. The absolute WORST governor in New England is Janet Mills of Maine. She's a fascist even worse than Michigan's Gretchen Whitmer!
