There are going to have to be civil lawsuits. Not even Cuomo is going to get away with sweeping 5,000+ wrongful deaths under the rug.
There ought to be criminal charges filed as well - criminally negligent homicide, at the very least. Because these guys knew what they were doing - no one is that stupid.

When asked about accountability due to deaths at nursing homes, he turns it around and says ‘139 deaths occurred in hospitals yesterday. Nobody is responsible for those deaths’. He won’t answer about the nursing homes situation which was preventable. He was responsible for preventing those deaths not protecting our most vulnerable.
