Inherent in that is who has the better plan to bring the economy back. He can win that argument straight up and has the track record to prove it.
Well let's hope so. Trump has to run on his record - declining economy, 15%-plus unemployment, massive deficit, Covid, all the rest. All Biden has to do is claim his plan would have done better and whatever vague plan he puts forth to recover will be better than Trump's. Both claims are impossible to prove true or false.
