Nevada is going to be in an almost unprecedented horrifically bad place if they’re still not fully open by November. I doubt they’ll be very enthusiastic about pro-shutdown candidates.
Trump was pro-shut down before becoming pro-open. Don't think the Democrats won't remind people of that.
